This was my little secret as I played college ball…my top 10 favorite drills that solved virtually every problem I ever had at the plate…and turned me into my own hitting instructor. The awesome part is…you can use the SAME EXACT drills and get the same results…

Here’s the Stop, Drop and Fire drill…completely remade from the previous version. This drill will not even be 1 of the 10 drills included in the new project I’m working on, it’s just to show you the format we’ll be working with.

Well, it’s finally put together. All I have left is the finishing touches, but I wanted to give you all a quick inside look at what I’ve been working on. As the blog name suggests, I’m calling it the “Instant Hitting Drills” program. I’ve completely redone the drill videos, added audio hitting instruction, and laid everything out in a step-by-step order so anyone, at any level, can move through it and see results instantly on the field.

This is my exact program that I molded together during my junior year of college that took me from an average college hitter to the Rawlings All-American team. It’s going to be a digital product for now, since that was your overwhelming response when I asked the question a few weeks ago. Plus, this gives me the chance to provide multiple download formats (audio, video, pdf) so you can put all the videos and training on your laptops, desktops, ipods, cell phones, ipads…whatever your heart desires. (and yes, I’ll provide each file type for you)
